My work, which includes over 40 years of experience, is devoted to helping you clear what feels heavy, reconnect with your authentic essence, and create space for your soul to lead through a variety of energy healing modalities.
I am a certified Rapid Transformation Therapist (RTT), an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master, a Barbara Brennan Energy Healer, hypnotherapist, licensed prayer practitioner, and emotional and spiritual life coach — all of which has transformed my own life and continues to guide me in my work today.
By understanding the universal laws and cultivating gratitude, mindfulness, awareness, compassion, and heart coherence, I am able to empower others to transform life's challenges into opportunities for healing, growth, purpose, and lasting inner peace.

When people say, "Everything is energy," they are recognizing that everything in the universe exists in constant motion and interaction. In our daily lives, our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and physical bodies all influence how we feel, respond, connect with others, and experience life. While the body has measurable electrical and biochemical activity, many healing traditions also describe a broader human energy system that supports overall well-being.
