The Body, Mind, and Soul are all connected through energy, and each one affects the other.
I began with the realization that the physical challenges I endured my whole life came not only from the limitations I was born with but also because of how those limitations affected my emotions and thoughts, which resulted in my physical limitations.
I achieved universal health and well-being when I discovered that to heal myself completely, I had to simultaneously address the needs of my Body, Mind & Soul (on all levels).
I remember saying a prayer and asking: “What type of healing method would help all three at the same time?” Through continuous discovery, education, and implementation, I connected to my higher source and realized that it’s all about my ENERGY.

It’s as real as the electrons that flow through our body, standing our hairs on end, bridging our synaptic receptors, firing our brain cells that let us dream, or the chemical and kinetic action that turns food into energy to move our body.
In my journey for healing and growth, I also realized that I am an entity within my physical body and that I am divided into an Energy/Spirit presence and a physical body.
I was able to address the Attitudinal and Spiritual musculature while also recognizing that it was connected to, and therefore needed to be treated with, my physical muscles. Ultimately, this connection allowed me to heal fully. With the new awareness that EVERYTHING IS ENERGY, I incorporated into my daily spiritual routine a variety of energy & emotional releasing therapies with neurological reprogramming and physical rehabilitation.
Like committing time to a gym regiment to strengthen your body, Spiritual Rehab takes commitment, time and perseverance. So, with the same resolve I began to work on and strengthen my spiritual faith muscle and my continuous connection to a Higher Source.
Through daily Meditation, Gratitude, and Prayer Work, I was able to reprogram my Spirit and Essence. I ultimately opened myself up to receive an infinite supply of loving, healing energy, which heightened my healing process.

A big part of the process, I had to Face and overcome one of our strongest primal emotions: FEAR!
I sought to replace fear everywhere I found it by choosing to live in vibration and decisions-based reality on LOVE and for Love.
Physically, I started correcting my body alignment by stretching and strengthening my physical muscles.
